Home buyers all have different "wish lists" and needs for the features they want in a home, so our base prices were created to allow each individual to add (or not add) only features they want.
Here are some features you can add to your home.
Customize your backsplash: Over a 30 combined options from tile size, tile shape, tile pattern, tile colors, and grout colors.
Change the kitchen sink: The standard double bowl stainless steel sink to Single Bowl Kitchen Sink
Upgrade your Countertops: Not into granite? Choose all w white Quartz or White Quartz with Marble-like streaks
Add Under Cabinet Lighting: Light Up Your Entire Kitchen's Countertops
Add lighting over the island: 2 or 3 Large Pendants or 1 Large Lantern Chandelier
Upgrade to Gourmet Kitchen Layout: Our homes now have the upgrade option of gourmet kitchens which means instead of a 30" slide in oven with microwave over, you get a combination of 36" five burner cooktop with chimney style vent hood over and either a single or double wall ovens.
